Your ECU was hand delivered to a FedEx drop location yesterday, because our new FedEx hub cannot schedule Express pickups until this upcoming Monday. Such poor service.Ĭlick to expand.I was sorry to see this. I am really pissed off and I feel I have a valid reason. My PCV and Auto Tuner will fine tune this. Hard Racing has far better parts pricing, and customer service and the ECU flashing is not even that critical for me, I just need to turn off the restrictions and load a basic map. I just called FEDEX tonight before I posted to give them a chance that maybe FedEx didn't scan it into their tracking lol not a chance FEDEX said the shipper only created a label nothing has been done. Instead my bike is sitting in the garage full exhaust, blockoffs, PCV/Autotuner and no ECU. I should have just taken my bike into Bauce Racing for a nice custom setup. I swear I feel like a damn bill collector just trying to get my ECU back. So I fired up an email asking what the status was. Do not send your ecu in if you want a quick turnaround. I understand they were in the middle of a move and not answering phones much but just be honest and say we are not conducting business during the move. I am waiting for delivery today and when the driver didn't show at his normal time, I checked the status. I paid it and received a tracking number. Monday came, and I finally got my Paypal invoice for $30 FedEx overnight. ![]() I kept calling and emailing SBU as to my status and was finally told they were not able to get the flashing done, but it would be sent out Monday. I boxed up my ECU and sent it Express Mail for $31.45 because I was told that I should have it back by the weekend. ![]() I called Justin last Monday to ask questions about the flash and paid the flash fee. I have been having hit or miss service with them over the last year, but my latest encounter with my 2016 ECU is unacceptable. SBU customer service is at the bottom of all the parts suppliers.
